Standard Shipping

 

Our flat rate shipping and handling charge is approximately$11.35 for the first two items.  

All items are shipped directly from Oregon and will be with you within 7-10 business days of dispatch.  (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). We will inform you if an item is out of stock and when it will be available. 

Orders - Please note that for inventory purposes each item requested constitutes an individual order. Wherever possible we will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and on one invoice. Due to inventory and packaging requirements, however, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages. 

Customs fees - Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility.

If there is a further delay, we will send you an email or letter asking you whether you would still like us to send the order to you.

 RETURN POLICY

What's our return policy?

There is none at this time.  Due to the nature of the CUSTOM order, we find it difficult for resale because every order is unique and altered specifically for that person.  If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within two business days of the day you placed your order.  Simply call to cancel for a full refund.

What happens if I don't like the color or fit?

If for any reason the order has the wrong color or size we offer the exchange policy. You simply ship the order to us (cost of shipping is your responsibility and will not be refunded) and state the reason for your return.  You must return within 7 business days after you have received your order.

How long does it take to process my exchange?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but, it can take up to two weeks when we’re very busy. Over the last season we have brought down the average time it takes to process a return. We will continue to try and reduce it this season.
