When undergoing treatment for hemodialysis, a little planning can reduce the stress dialysis patients might feel.  Start with packing a pillow, blanket or even personal head phones.  Then there is the reclined position should set one at ease.

However, the dialysis patient still has to contend with the temperature of the hemodialysis labs which are cooled for the machines and not for the patients.  

Hemowear has come up with a stylish customized clothing line that is both functional as well as practical for those on dialysis.  Our clothing line started out with just a simple t-shirt with chest access that could be hidden under a flannel shirt.  We later began to add long sleeve shirts with varied access points, along with sweat shirts and sweat pants.
